Live Wedding Painting Application Form

Congratulations!! I'm so thrilled that you're about to embark on your life journey together and am excited to see if I am available to paint your beautiful wedding day!

​

I am now accepting applications for commissions for live wedding paintings in 2027-2028. Please fill out the application form below to check if my studio calendar availability lines up with your wedding date and to receive your complimentary

Vision Consultation & Vision Concept Sketch!

exclusively for my unique abstract themed backgrounds.)

Please fill out your wedding details for your upcoming wedding day and location in the application submission form below and I will get back to you within 3-7 business days to confirm my studio calendar availability to paint your wedding day and discuss your requirements. Please also include any extra details, including your preferred abstract background style, colours, shapes and tones.

If I have availability for your wedding, you will receive an Availability Confirmation Offer and your wedding date will be held in my studio calendar for 7 days from the date you receive this confirmation. This allows us to schedule in and have your Vision Consultation call as well as gives me time to complete your complimentary Vision Concept Sketch. After sending you through this offer I will also make a follow up call to book in your initial consultation call with you directly.

If you wish to secure my services you will then need to sign a contract of services and place down a 50% non-refundable retainer which officially reserves your date in my studio calendar and also funds the procurement of your custom created, large-scale, high-quality archival canvas and premium acrylic paints specifically selected for your artwork.

​

Because I specialise in large-scale pieces with a 3 month meticulous studio refinement window, booking in your wedding date for my exclusive live painting service means I turn down all other requested live commissions for that entire weekend. The retainer compensates for those declined bookings if plans change.

​Please note: To maintain my 3-month premium turnaround and give each large-scale canvas my undivided attention,

I strictly limit myself to 2 weddings per month.​
