How I create a unique and pesonalised Live Painting on Your wedding Day

Pre-Wedding
 

Once you contact me, I will firstly make sure I have availability to paint your wedding day. To maintain my 3-month premium turnaround and give each large-scale canvas my undivided attention, I strictly limit myself to 2 weddings per month. Once we have confirmed that I am available for your big day, we will have an initial Wedding Artwork consultation and if you're choosing an abstract background I will also create a complimentary Vision Concept Sketch for you to see the idea of what I will paint for you on your wedding day. To officially book me in you will pay a 50% non-refundable date reservation retainer and sign the contract of services I provide. Once I've received the payment of your date reservation retainer and signed contract of services back from yourself - now your wedding date is officially locked in with me and I am your unique live wedding painter! (Fantastic choice!!) Your final payment will be due 2 weeks before your wedding date, though you are welcome to make installments or full payment ahead of this time if this suits your financial wedding schedule better.

Between 2 weeks to 1 month prior to your wedding, I will contact you to discuss general day logistics as well as confirm the composition and vision you have for your artwork, including the pose and style of background you'd like painted, the colours and tones, the types of shapes you'd like to emerge, etc. We confirm all of these details together to make sure everything is as perfect as possible on your big day.

On Your wonderful Wedding Day

I will arrive as early as possible to have ample time to set up my on-site studio and also capture the photograph which will be used to paint your beautiful live wedding painting. Ideally, we will need 15 minutes of photography time in order to make sure I've captured the perfect reference photo on the day. Once I've captured the right photograph for your painting, I will then start sketching in and painting your picture as soon as humanly possible so that by the time your guests arrive at the reception, your artwork will already be well in progress! Pure entertainment gold!

Once the night concludes, I will show you the final result of your wedding painting before I leave to take your artwork back to the studio for many hours of meticulous fine tuning and touch ups. Your final wedding painting on the night is just the tip of the iceberg. Your amazing large-scale painting deserves many more hours of my undivided attention at home in my studio to really get it looking incredible!​

Post Wedding

​

Over the next 1-3 months I will work diligently, adding all of the final touches and detailing to your beautiful artwork.  When your artwork is finished, I will add a protective varnish coat and hanging wire for your convenience. All artworks also come framed with a beautiful Tasmanian oak wooden floating frame. I can paint the frame to suit the energy of your unique painting as desired as well, or you can leave it as is. (You will also receive two high-quality framed prints of your artwork as part of your commission which you can gift to friend or family!)

Once your artwork is complete, I will contact you to organise the delivery of your painting directly to your home where you can treasure it together as a married couple for the rest of your lives together! Imagine waking up to your very own masterpiece wedding painting in your house every single day. There's only room for your love to keep growing more and more with a gallery-style artwork of you both that magnificent on daily display in your home. Brilliant decision.
